Alignment is intended to create a stable foundation for a safe practice, to allow the body to open in new ways, and to reduce the risk of injury. While you might not feel a sudden, sharp pain from doing a pose out of alignment, many yoga injuries are cumulative, accruing little by little. Wear and tear on joints and supporting tissues happens over time, so many yoga students find themselves with repetitive use ailments years into their practices and have to break long-established patterns to remake their poses in healthier ways. That's why it's important to establish optimal alignment (for your own body) as early in your practice as possible, which can often mean using props liberally.

Below pictures are the design we have develop for our customers. You can choose any of them to be printed on the yoga mat. Besides, your own design of the picture with your logo is also acceptable even for only 1 piece.

For those regular TPE yoga mat ( Regular color & Regular Size), we have Semi-product in our warehouse. If you do not mind the cost of the shipping, our MOQ is 1 piece.

For some unique design ( including individual color, size, logo, pattern, and printing), the MOQ will be 500 pcs.

How Can I get a Sample?
Free samples will be offered with regular color and size. Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project. You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make the your individual sample.
Besides, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost for the samples. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your carrier company account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
Or you can sent us the cost and we'll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.

What is the sample lead time?
For regular yoga mat, it takes 1-3 days even with your logo on.
For your OEM yoga mat, it takes 5-7 days or even more(depends on your request).

What is the production lead time?
The quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time.
Normally, it will take 1-7 days for regular TPE yoga mats while it will take 15-20 days for your special request.

What files do you need if I want to do my own design?
For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.
For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.
A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.

How many colors are available for yoga mat?
Purple, Violet, Pink, Mazarine, Blue, Black, Mint Green, Turquoise are our regular color in stock. We check colors with Pantone Matching System. Pls send us your pantone color code you need. We'll make the samples accordingly or recommend closed colors.

What kind of testing reports are available?
All our yoga mat are made with Eco-friendly material. They are free from PVC, phthalates, silicone, latex, odor and other toxic items. All testing reports regarding to Rohs, EN71-73 etc. Are available. However, the buyers are required to pay the testing charge for a curtain order.

What is your payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.
100% payment by T/T, Alibaba trade insurance or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders.
