TRB-5/B Electrode Quiver Adjustable Temperature Welding Dry Rod Oven
Description:
1. The TRB Series is a lightweight portable electrode drying oven that prevents electrodes from absorbing moisture that can negatively affect the welding job.
2. When stick electrodes absorb moisture from the air, they must be dried to restore their ability to deposit quality welds.
3. This electrode drying oven adopts circular heat cycle structure. It is for the chimney effect that leads heat source rise along the central pillar, so that the innet heat cycle is formed together with the ring and stand in the furnace tank, thus to heat the electrodes.
4. Automatic temperature control and timing control technology has been adopted. It has the advantage of high heating efficiency, large capacity, even temperature, easy to operate and energy-saving and has been widely used for drying treatment of electrodes prior to welding.
