For FRP product process
. customer placed order.arrange for production. Mould cleaning, people take the mould . the mould get cleaned. it been sent to gel coat. for FRP orders it can be with white or black gel-coat finished. once the gel coat is dry . it will be assigned to the FRP fiberglass work stuff. the lay the fibers by hand. and work with the mould. till it is finished. the mould with product then it is place to be dry. next day. it will be ready for take out from the mould. when the product is take out from the mould it is rough. the cornel need to be trim. and other people will do minor fix. to polish make the surface even or to fix some bubles.
thus it is our FRP product. it is unpaited. we don't provide with painting service.
For Carbon fiber process
once customer place an order, we will take the mould from our mould wearhouse. we clean the mould and add trasparent gel coat for carbon fiber, when gelcoat is dry we assign to carbon fiber department to make, people lay the carbon by hand.
different from fiberglass product. it then goes to vacuum bump to take air out and hold the shape.
when it is ready for take out from the mould. it get trimed in the edge and sent to polishing department. this is how the glossy or matt effect are done. and this process takes energy and time.
this is the main process which makes the carbon product longer time for make.
