Pretty Decor welcome any metal stainless steel products customized processing and idea. In order to satisfy different customers’ requirements, we can offer OEM service for all the items we can provided. Here are following steps:
1, Send us the drawing or picture, with requirements for material, size, colour, quantity, thickness, logo and so on. If you have a sample on hand, we may require it for a better view.
2, Check if design need some modification until confirmed.
3, After you confirm the design and pay the sample cost, we will make two samples, one will be sent to customer for confirmation, one kept by us.
Remark: sampling and charge
a, We need 3-5 days to prepare sample if provided with original one, 5-10days for design drawing ( not suitable for special material )
b, If customer is not satisfy with the first sample, we will modify under customer's request to get a final perfect one.
c, Customer need to pay 50% higher sample charge and freight. We will refund the price difference after get your formal order.
d, After the sample confirmed with order, we will sign the sales contract and make bulk production.

By Express --- Door to Door
For samples or small orders, we adopt air express courier.
The choice of courier varies according to different country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, UPS,
FedEx
and Aramex. China EMS is also available for certain countries. Delivery time is usually around 3-5days by DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex and 5-10days by EMS, depending on the country.
By Air --- Door to Airport
For medium and urgent orders, we adopt bulk air shipment.
You can have your forwarder to help you collect the goods at your local airport. The price of air shipment is much better than by express and speeder than by sea. Delivery time is usually around 2-3 days to your airport.
By Sea --- Warehouse to Seaport
For larger orders, we adopt sea shipping.
It takes a little longer time but it's the cheapest way for delivery, usually 15-30 days to your local customs. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Pretty Decor will assist you as much as possible.

Knowledge about 201, 304 and 316 Stainless Steel

Now, it’s important to note that not all stainless steel is the same. When you consider that this non-corrosive metal is used for bridges, automotive exhaust systems, monuments and sculptures, architecture and transportation bodies, it’s clear that there are various strengths of this metal. In the stainless steel banding industry, we stick to the higher-grade categories, including 201, 304 and 316.
201 stainless steel is the industry standard for banding, clamping and fastening, and it’s an exceptionally strong form of SS. At ISO Stainless, we recommend 201 for sign hanging, banding and strapping and hose clamps. This type of metal will stand strong, even through the toughest wind storms.
It is also most cost-effective since it contains a lesser amount of nickel. While it is durable and flexible, SS 201 does not have the same level of corrosion resistance as the 300 Series. With less nickel and more manganese, corrosion resistance is weakened.
300 Series is best for applications where additional corrosion resistance is needed, such as in marine applications. In fact, Type 316 is also referred to as “marine grade stainless.”
Both 304 and 316 are ideal for transportation, welding and sign brackets. This series is more expensive because of the increase in nickel, which is around 8 to 10 percent, but the added rust resistance is what sets the 300 Series |

Only 1 piece of stainless steel ball sphere is acceptable,

Q2. Can I request some stainless steel ball sample from you?

We understand that sometimes an online image just isn't enough to show the actual product effect. For some small items we can provide free sample if you are willing to pay the express freight; and for larger items we can refund the sample cost you paid to your next formal order.
Q3.How long is the lead time for a steel ball sphere?
We can supply in 2~6days for small items of smaller quantity we have stock or semi-finished products available, other large items usually would be 2~3weeks.
Q4.How are your stainless steel goods packed ?
Usually we packed all the goods with PE form inside of a plastic bag, then packed in carton box, and finally protected by fumigation-free wooden box for larger size, and sometimes for huge items we would reinforce it with metal crate outside. Those are work well for our international transportation.
Q5.What's your payment term?
We accept both T/T and L/C payment, but sometimes for small order we also accept Western Union or Pay Pal payment to your preference.
