We promise less than 1% defetive within one year (history defetive rate is around 0.2% defetive in a year).
If within 1% defetive, just show us inner unique serial number of defetive products and we can replace for free in the next order; if defective rate is higher than 5% because of product quality problem, will replace for free and pay for freight.
2. How's your factory production capacity?

100% burn-in test, full-round tests. All products are CE approved, some models get TUV, GS, CB, ETL certifications.
