We can provide the documents according the customer requests, including Certificate of origin ,Insurance, and other export documents.
2.What is the average lead time?
The lead time is about 15 days after receiving the deposit payment.
3.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or By T/T 30% of total amount in advance and the balance to be paid after the copy of the bill of lading sent to the buyer.
4.Guarantee period ?
Our product quality guarantee period is 12 months from B/L date. During guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us.
