1) The extrusion line is self developed on the basis of advanced technology at home and abroad.
2) The equipment is easy to operate, the control system is advanced, and the main motors are all
controlled by inverter, which assure the stability of product quality.

PERFORMANCE & CHARACTERISTICS
1) The screw is made of 38CrMoAIA high-quality alloy steel material after nitriding treatment and special processing.
2) High precision die to ensure the film thickness uniformity.
3) The die adopts metering pump automatic tracking control system to ensure the thickness of the film is same. ( optional )
4) Stretching oven plate Install insulation cover, reduce heat loss.
5) Take-off roller surface are plated with hard chrome to increase surface hardness,it is not easy to rust and has longer service life.
6) Use double-layer hot air oven , improved yarn setting effect.
7) PLC touch screen control is optional, it adopts advanced intelligent control system, centralized control of each function and has the function of data storage, fault alarm, easy operation.
