Dry Ice Cleaning Principle :
The principle of dry ice descaling/cleaning involves high-speed impact of dry ice particles on the surface under the drive of compressed air. Dry ice is instantly crushed and sublimated, absorbing a large amount of heat. Due to the different thermal expansion coefficients between the burrs and the substrate, the burrs quickly crack. The crushed dry ice particles enter the cracks, and due to the vaporization of dry ice, their volume expands nearly 800 times in an instant. This creates "micro-bombs" at the impact point, rapidly peeling off the burrs, achieving the optimal cleaning effect.
