Centrifugal Concentrator
Gold centrifugal concentrator is a gravtiy separation equipment. The equipment is extremely effective in sorting the monomer gold in vein gold deposit,can replace the mercury plate, and provides a new gravity separtion equipment to solve the old monomer gold recovery from tailings. Also,this equipment can be used for monomer gold recovery from other kinds of ore.
Centrifugal co ncentrator is effective method for the recovery of fine tantalum-niobium ore and micro-fine tin.
Proved by mineral processing test, the recovery rate of placer gold could be as high as 99%, especially for the case in recovery of free gold in vein type gold with 65% of the ore having a gaining size of 0.074mm, the recovery rate of free gold i s expected up to 98%. T he recovery is up to 97% f or th e 0.04mmm free gold. The discharging cycle is 1 to 4 hours and the enrichment ratio of up to 1000 times.
