(1) Material:
We mainly use 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for all our boxing ring-commercial quality.
Also, we use PLATO PVC tarpaulin material for our products only, which now is the TOP1 PVC tarpaulin supplier in China.
(2) Sewing:
Double stitching for every sewing part, quadruple for reinforcement parts.
(3) Draw String (used to connect two piece of meterial to form a wall or air chamber )
We use PVC tarpaulin draw string, while you may find oxford one which is lighter, cheaper, less durable, if you need one just for several times or residential, it's capable enough, if you need it for commercial, you need a PVC tarpaulin one.
(4) D-ring set:
Quadtruple layers PVC tarpaulin base with 316 stainless steel D rings together consisits our anchoring system.
