Product Description
Product Features:
1.One-component polyurethane sealant for windshield;
2.High strength, high initial bonding strength;
3.Low VOC, environmental friendly.
Application:
Suitable for vehicle windshield adhesive which with high environmental protection requirements, coverings adhesive and other parts of the high strength adhesive, etc. Applied substance such as glass, stalinite, iron and steel, Aluminum Alloy (including painted alloy).
Construction Guide:
1.Surface cleaning:
Bonding surface should be clean, dry, no grease and dust. If the surface is easy to rust, which should be in advance cleaned away by metallic brush. If necessary, should use acetone and other organic solvents to clean.
2. Construction:
Barrel packaging: open the cover. pierce the membrane at the nozzle,screw on the nozzle,place the barrel in an applicator glue gun and squeeze the trigger;
Sausage packaging: a barrel gun is required, clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun. Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun;
Big barrel packaging:according to the extrusion and coating equipment and pump;
According to construction requirements, cut nozzle into appropriate shapes, after the glue adhesive, frictioning, screeding and other truing work should be finished in tack free time.
