1, Pricing - Important Sizes we need to received from you
2, Rough Design Drawing
Trial Assembly & Surface Treatment - We do trial assembly for each set of staircase to make sure all dimensions are correct.
3, Production & Trail Assembled
Accurate time will depend on final quantity and if peak season or not.
※Trail Assembly - We do trail assembly for each set of window to make sure all dimensions are correct.
※Inspection Work - After we finished the trail assembly work, we will inspect each sets windows and
take the video
for you confirm.
4, Packing - to get goods ready for shipping
Standard packing:
Aluminum Profile: Bubble Wrap + Foam (add plywood box if in LCL shipping);
Glass & Accessories: Bubble Wrap + Foam + carton + sealed plywood box / Wood Case
5, Container loading & Shipping
If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.
If you have other products buying from China, you can send to our factory to load together.

CLIENT: CAN CUSTOMERS ORDER DIFFERENT COLORS AND MODEL IN ONE ORDER?
GRT: Of course you are, and there is no MOQ for our Aluminum Window, even 1 set we can offer as well.
CLIENT : WHAT'S YOUR POLICY FOR SAMPLES?
GRT: For small sample, we can offer for free and you just needs to pay the Express Cost. For completely doors, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order.
CLIENT: WHAT'S YOUR TRADE TERMS AND PAYMENT TERM?
GRT: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR & CIF. You can choose the best one from your side.
On the matter of payment term, normally we have to received 50% deposit by T/T for the fabrication work and the balance paid before loading.
CLIENT: CAN YOU MAKE THE DOOR AS PER OUR REQUIREMENT OR DRAWING?
GRT: Yes, we can. As all of our products are customized as per client's requirement completely. Once we received your drawing we will check it carefully and back to you with the Initial Quotation.
CLIENT: HOW ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY?
GRT: Warranty is 10-15 years for the GRT Aluminum Window.
CLIENT: CAN YOU HELP US TO SOURCE OTHER SUPPLIER'S PRODUCTS?
GRT: Sure, we'd like to source other items for you with 3-5% commission. We can help you to do factory audit, goods inspection and loading work as well.
CLIENT: CAN WE USE OUR OWN SHIPPING AGENT?
GRT: Of couse you can, we had cooperated with many forwarders, if you need, we can
recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.
CLIENT: HOW LONG CAN I GET SAMPLES?
GRT : 10-25 Days to send sample via DHL, UPS, Fedex or other international express.
