A:We are a toy manufacturer instead of trading company in Chenghai,shantou.

Q2:What’s your MOQ for per item and can I get a sample for checking?
A:Usually our MOQ is 1 carton for per item,different item with different qty for per carton.
For sure you can get a sample for checking before the official order,and the sample and freight
cost should be on your account. We will return this cost once you place a official order.
Q3:How about your product quality?
A:Product quality is the life of our factory.
our production inspection is very strict,semifinished products and finished products are check one by one to make sure the products are 100% qualified.Pls rest assured.
Q4:Can I have my own packaging and add my logo on the product?
A:Sure we accept OEM and ODM order.
Usually we will request MOQ for OEM and ODM project,pls send us more details about your OEM
and ODM request,then we can check how to do next process.
Q5:Can I mix different items in one shipment and what’s your delivery time?
A:Yes,you can mix different items in one shipment,and usually our delivery time is 7-10 days for
LCL order and 10-30 days for FCL order after get your payment.
Of course the exact delivery time will base on your order qty and packing request.
Q6:How can I pay my order and how about your payment term?
You can pay by Ali Trade assurance Order,also can be by T/T,Paypal.
Usually our payment term is 30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipping.
