Check valves are usually used to stop the backflow of media.
2. Non-metallic elastic sealed valve, its maximum allowable leakage is zero, metal sealed valve, its maximum allowable leakage is 0.1×DNmm³/s, so qualified metal sealed valve may have a small leakage, therefore, no leakage is required, it is appropriate to choose a soft sealed check valve.
3. The pipe threaded check valve is connected with the pipe thread at the end of the pipe, wherein the internal thread can be cylindrical pipe thread or conical pipe thread, and the external thread must be conical pipe thread. During installation, the hex or octagonal part on the same side of the thread should be wrenched, and the hex or octagonal part on the other end of the check valve should not be wrenched to avoid deformation of the check valve.
4. Nominal pressure of brass check valve: 1.6MPa, metal sealing medium temperature :-20 ° C ~150 ° C, non-metal elastic sealing medium temperature :-20 ° C ~100 ° C, when the check valve is used for saturated steam, saturated steam pressure <0.6MPa.
