Die Struck Enamel Production Process
1st--drawing Design
Ist step is making final design for youapprove, usually we use Corel Draw,Ai,Photoshops to draw design, so we needhigh quality design logo files from you.such as EPS, PDF, PNG Ai, CDR.
2nd--molding
2nd step is make mold after our designapproved by client , it is the key step ofwhole production process . If mold wasfailed then whole order down , also noneed to pay mold again if re-order !
3rd--punching
3rd step is punching , it can make yourcustom design out on the raw materialby the mold , it needs to control a good punching pressure by our professionalskiller to make sure all details prefect!
4th--die Trucking
When punching finished , this step needto use mold cut the design shape off , ifthe cut position is wrong , then this pincan't work any more ! So this step alsois very important as well !
5th--welding pin needle
It has to make positions by glue first , tomake sure the needles on their correctplace The needle need to prepare forthe pin accesory like butterfly / rubbermilitary clasps when packaging .
6th--enamel colors filling
The 6th step is enamel colors filling , weuse Pantone codes for enamel . usuallywe use automatic machine for most oforders to keep fast , sometimes we alsouse tubule to enamel them by hand.
7th--enamel Polishing
When colors filled we need to bake pinand polish if you need them finished inhard enamel effect to make the enamel cleaned and surface look smooth . Thisstep need to repeat many times.
8th--electroplating
After hard enamel filled , need to take itto do electroplating , to make the metalin gold , silver , rose gold , black nickel orantique colors , the plating color can docustomize by client's request !
9th--qc Packaging
This is the final process , we always dQC first then do package later , to maksure the pins qualityare pood to ship .we can provide custom packaging foryou , such as backing card . gift box ,
