A: We have two aluminum profile system, Residential and Commercial system for your choice also we can open the new system according to your project requirement.
Q3: What is your color available?
A: We normally use the RAL and Color bond chart, sure, you also can send us your sample color.
Q4: What is the difference between powder coating and anodizing?
A: No price difference between them.
If you project is near salt water, then we recommend you the anodized finish for long-effective resistance, but if far away from salt water, powder coating will be better.
Q5: How to install your windows? Is there any difference as Local?
A: We can provide you the installation solution and installation guide, no matter what your project structure is wooden frame, double brick, brick venner or steel construction.
Q6: What will you do if send me the wrong window?
A: We will send you the detailed shop drawing for confirmation before our production, in case there is one wrong size, you can get replacement free of charge.
Q7: This is my first time to import windows, I do not know how to import?
