1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? A: We are humidifiers & diffusers manufacturer, we have our own factory based in Huizhou Guangdong, you’re welcome to do factory visit, just contact one of our sales members.

A: Most of our products are RTS and stock ready, you may order directly. We are also capable of taking mass order or OEM & ODM order, contact our sales with your request for a quick response.
3. How do you assure the quality?

control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging. 3rd party inspection can also be arranged if being requested.
4. What is your productivity?
A: Our productivity is around 500Kpcs per month.
5.Are your products conforming to our standards?
A: Yes, all of our humidifiers and diffusers have CE, ROHS, adaptors can require FCC.
6.What's your delivery time?
A: Generally,3~5 working days for sample/small RTS orders, 20~25 working days for mass & OEM orders.For lower cost courier service, like ePacket or EMS, please be noted of unexpected delays may happen.
7. What's your payment terms?
A: We encourage all of our buyers to use Alibaba Trust Assurance to place order, alternatively, for customize orders, we
accept T/T of 30% deposit in advance, balance of 70% before shipping.
8. How do you ship the goods?
A: RTS/Small orders usually go by DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, TNT, EMS, 4PX. Mass & Customize orders by Sea.

A:Because of a CR2025 cell battery inside the remote, it'll result in higher cost in courier service. So by default, we do NOT
