This boiler is custom’s first choose as for an equipment of low pressure with high temperature. It is fired with coal, oil or gas and used hot conduction oil as heat carrier. The boiler supplies the heating with a close cycle. It carries the hot oil to the heat-transfer equipment then back to the boiler through forced circulation of hot oil pump. It has a widespread use on various fields.

1. There are three to four layers of coil at the inner parts of the boiler with highly fume utilization rates.
2. The thermal insulating layer is adopted by refractory cement pouring integrated with good isolation and high heating efficiency.
3. Outermost insulation is using the steel specialize in boiler with the good isolation.

1. Normal type boilers that can be put into normal 20' and 40HQ containers, will be first choice to delivery it by sea in normal container. But if boiler type is over dimension that can't be put into normal container, then we use 20' or 40' flat rack container for the boielr main part and normal container for the other boiler accessories.

2. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea. Some country by train or truck.

Q1: How to install a boiler?

A1: Yineng Boiler provides completed installation drawing and operation manual, or can send engineer to your site for guiding and trainning.

Q2 : How many years is the boiler’s life span

A2: The boiler is designed for at least 10 years life span, but under good maintenance, usually the boiler can use at least 15 years, Yineng Boiler provide full life after-sales service to each sold boiler.

Q3: How to choose a boiler model?

A3: Confirm the type (steam or hot water), capacity , working pressure (or output temperature) and fuel (coal, biomass, gas or oil or other fuel) of the boiler, Yineng Boiler will suggest a suitable model based on your usage .

Q4: How is the warranty term?

A4: If any problems caused for quality during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace the broken parts for free, if the problem caused from the client’s side, the Seller will help supply the spare part at lowest cost.
