1. What is your MOQ?
A: We have ready to ship products, no MOQ, 1pc is available. If customize products, please contact us for more
details , for some model , our MOQ is only 5pcs per design.
2.Can i have my own customize products?
A: Sure, we provide OED&ODM service.
3.What is your delivery time?
A:For ready to ship products , we can ship within 5 days. For customized items, normally it takes 15-30days.
4.Can i get a sample first?
A:Yes sure, just send me your design/logo, we can customize a sample for you .
5.How do you do to control quality?
A:We have 10 QC inspect the products ,inspect in all working processes, from fabric and trim
materials,cutting,sewing,printing,embroidery,ironing to finished products and shipping, make sure the high qualityts to our
clients.
6.What is your payment method and payment terms?
A:We accept bank transfer(T/T), Trade assurance, L/C, E-check, Alibaba pay.
And for our payment terms, normally we need 30% deposit to confirm the order , and the balance before bulk production.
