B5032E High quality slotting machine for metal working or slotter for machining metal
1. Overview
l The slotting machine is used to slot the flat surface, molded surface and key groove of different workpieces. It is suitable for single or small batch production.
l The start and stop of the machine are controlled by a multi-plate clutch. And the reciprocating motion of the ram is achieved by the bell crank lever device.
l The worktable has longitudinal, transverse and swing automatic feed device and safety device. And there is a rapid movement device in the longitudinal and transverse rotation directions of the worktable. Besides, the rotation of the worktable has the indexing device to choose the required indexing number according to the reference tables.
