Its main extraction methods include water extraction and solvent extraction. In the water extraction process, snow chrysanthemum flowers are usually soaked in water, heated or macerated to dissolve the active ingredients in the flowers into the water, and then the extract is obtained by evaporating the water. Solvent extraction uses organic solvents to dissolve the active ingredients in Snow Chrysanthemum, and then evaporates the solvent to obtain a concentrated extract.
