Remark:
1. We have own fabric workshop for create a new pattern for OEM or ODM or project' s customization;
2. There are two springs workshop in our company for the Bonnell spring and pocket coil spring two, we could adjust the wire hardness and radius to adjust the mattress firmness;
3. About the mattress appearance we could provide tight-top, pillow-top and euro-top three designs
Remark:
1. There are three packing ways, mattress in box, bag and cover by craft paper.
2. Please send us if you have logo on the box or the bag, we are good at create and design the new packing for OEM/ODM.
3. About the loading container ways, there are two ways, normally if you choose the box or the bag, that will be full loading on the container, flat compression roughly 50pcs/pallet for bulk loading.

Q2: Do you accept customized order?
A2: Sure, OEM&ODM are acceptable. With complete production lines, professional R&D team will meet different customized demands.

Q3: Are you a factory(manufacturer) ?
A3: Yes, we are a professional mattress manufacture factory. We have our own production workshop and production facilities,
offering different kinds of high-quality mattress with favourable price.
Q4: How is your quality control?
A4: During the complete production lines, we strictly quality control and inspection standard in each steps from
raw materials to finished products.
Q5: Do you produce materials on your own factory?
A5: Yes, we produce all materials on our own factory with vertically integrated production lines. From raw materials to
finished product (including spring and foam) are produced by ourselves, therefore we are able to offer high-quality products with
lowest cost to our customers.
Q6: What packages do you have?
A: Non-compressed package: PVC bag+Kraft paper
B: Flat vacuum compressed into wooden pallet: PVC bag/1pc, wooden pallet/dozens of mattress
C: Mattress in box: Vacuum compressed, folded, rolled and packed in to carton box.
D: Rolled in fiber BAG : Vacuum compressed, rolled and packed into fiber bag.
