Method of application:
1, KL-301G(ABC) application weight ratio: A:B:C=10:10:1( Please use up within 4 hours after mixing) .
2, The adhesive is added by weight ratio and mixed evenly.
3, The mixed adhesive is decompressed and deaerated in the vacuum , then mixted adhesive are poured into sealing part or coated on the joint .
4, Heating at temperature 180°C for 10- 15 seconds,the adhesive is silicone
elastomer after curing.
5, The metal is treated by primer CL- 24S-3 first ,then KL-301G(ABC) works well for cured silicone rubber bonding primer-treated metal .
