7.QC trial to assemble and check the half situation products.
8.Acid washing the best half products,then phosphorization ,then rust-proof,then drying them.
9.QC check them again to find not dealed well goods.
10.Static powder coating,and then drying them.
11.QC recheck them again and then handle them to packing workers.
12.Start packing and make sure not bad parts packed inside.
