■ Features introduction:
MLS-V is a complete set of professional low-voltage switchgear solutions launched by Shanghai Jisheng Energy. It adopts advanced design concepts and is mainly used in important industries, petrochemicals, infrastructure, data centers and commercial systems.
As a new generation of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, MLS-V has the following characteristics:
■ Reasonable structure and high technical level. The rated current carrying capacity, breaking capacity and dynamic and thermal stability of MLS-V switchgear are higher than other types of low-voltage switchgear, and it is easy to maintain, safe and reliable.
■ Good protection performance. MLS-V is a fully isolated switchgear, the internal compartment meets the requirements of IEC439-1 "Form 4", and the enclosure protection grades are IP30, IP31, IP40, IP41, IP54.
■ Reliable interlocking. The anti-misoperation interlock of MLS-V is completed by the circuit breaker handle operating mechanism and the drawer position mechanical interlocking operation mechanism. Its design is precise and logical, which can effectively prevent various possible misoperations, and can be combined with the operation mode to flexibly realize the mechanical interlocking between cabinets.
■ The scheme is complete and the combination is convenient. MLS-V takes 8E as the basic unit, and the functional units include 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 12E, 16E, 24E, 32E, and 72E. One MCC cabinet can arrange up to 36 functional units, and it can realize mixed installation of PC and MCC. The flexible selection scheme provides favorable conditions.

The rated current carrying capacity, breaking capacity, and dynamic and thermal stability of MLS-V switchgear are higher than other types of low-voltage switchgear, and the rated current is up to 6300A. It is easy to maintain, safe and reliable.
A maximum of 36 functional units can be arranged in one MCC switchgear, and the mixed installation of PC and MCC can be realized, which provides favorable conditions for flexible options.
