Order Process
1. SAMPLE PREPARATION
* Choosing your interested items and shapes from our shop.
* Selecting designs for the items, there are 3 ways for your choices:
1.We can send you the designs catalogs for your choices.
2.You may send us your own designs directly, AI/PDF/JPG are available.
3.We send the die-line to you to make your own designs.
* We will amend the artworks to fit the shapes you chose, and send you for approval before sampling.
After samples finished, we will send pictures for your confirmation, or send it to you by courier.
4. MASS PRODUCTION
5. QUALITY INSPECTION
When the cargo is ready, we will send inspection pictures of mass production to you, if you need shipment samples or conduct inspection on your own, please contact us in advance.
6. SHIPMENT
Providing us with shipping details, your cargo will be on the way soon.

After samples confirmed, send us the official order, as well as packing instructions (barcode, labels, shipping marks etc, if applicable)
4. MASS PRODUCTION
Once everything is confirmed, your order will be thrown into the production.
5. QUALITY INSPECTION
When the cargo is ready, we will send inspection pictures of mass production to you, if you need shipment samples or conduct inspection on your own, please contact us in advance.
6. SHIPMENT
Providing us with shipping details, your cargo will be on the way soon.

1, Could you introduce your comapny?
Our factory located in Quanzhou, Fujian, and the office (showroom) located in Guangzhou.The main product is ceramic coaster, ceramic trivet, fridge magnet, photo frame, hanging ornament.
2, Do you accept the OEM service?
We can provide OEM service, you just need to send us your artwork, then we can make sample to you for approval.
3, Could you provide the samples, and how much for that?
We can provide 5pcs of sample free of charge, but the freight is at your cost.
4, What's the production time for order?
Our production lead time is about 3-15 working days depend on the quantity.
5, What's your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 500 pcs per design, but in order to support you developing the market, we accept the order less than MOQ.
