Working Principle

The material falls into the belt conveyor from the feeding port and then enters the Soil Crusher. Soil Crusher is driven by electric motor or diesel engine,which can drive the high-speed rotation of the crushing rotor, thereby achieving the crushing of the raw material. During the crushing process, the material passes through the crushing blades in the crushing chamber and is gradually crushed into small particles or powders due to the impact and shear effects of the high-speed rotating blades. A screening machine can be selected to further screen the finished materials, and qualified finished products are output by the discharge belt conveyor. Alternatively, equipment such as mixers and packaging machines can be selected to finish the production line.
