A: The main frame of our tent is aluminum alloy. The cover is double PVC - coated polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, UV resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
Q: How to choose the size of tents?
A: The size depends on how many people you want to sit, stand or have dinner in the tent. Normally, we advise 0.8-1.2 sqm/person
Q: What is the service life of the tents?
A: Our tent framework can be used more than 20 years, and 8-10 years for PVC fabric depend on conditions of usage. Good discount will be given you to get a new fabric from us.
Q: How to assemble your tents?
A: We will provide the manual and video for you to study. If you need, we can send a technician to help you in your country.
Q: What is the warranty and safe of your tent?
A: Aluminum frame tent is made by European standards. We own TUV, SGS quality management system cerfication and fire resistant test for fabric.
