1. Brief Instruction
This machine is a new type of practical chalk-producing appliance. It can produce circle, square and Hexagon type write and coloured chalks. It has high efficiency and easy to operate, it can help save labors. That make few person chalk factory possible.
2. Advantage of Chalks Making Machine.
1. High efficiency. The smallest machine just need one person to operate and the capacity can be 60,000 to 80,000 Pcs/8hr. In fact, one person can operate 3 moulds, the means the capacity can be 230,000-250,000 Pcs.
2. Supplying water automatically, Electric beating . Grouting . Coming out. It make the mixture more evenly and the chalks is smooth and nice-looking. At the same time, it can save 30% raw material.
3. Production Rate improve more than 50%.
