No any existing die cast model car for sale directly
Step 1 : Prototype sample development :
We will produce a handmade prototype sample according to your detail requirements,usually it takes 25-35 days .
Step 2 : 3d data development :
W e will arrange to scan the handmade sample after your approval,usually the tolerence is 0.05mm then 3d engineers will design a complete 3d data according to approved sample.then will send 3D drawing to you for approval.
Step 3 : Mold development :
First need to arrange 2d mold design, and then 3d mold design.
The main mold tooling process has:
CNC process ,grinding process,EDM process , rough machining , finish machining ,heat treatment process , drilling process ,polishing ,die assembly process, usually it takes about 28-35days.
Step 4 : packing details and Shipping mark :
Please advice your design for packing details and shipping mark, we can make a sample and show you for approval.
Step 5 : Mass Production :
We will arrange mass production after everything be approved, the main process is :
plastic injection, zinc alloy & aluminium alloy die cast , polishing,brushed, electric plating, lacquered ,pad printing, hot stamping ,assembly and packing.
