The process parameters of carbonizing equipment play a decisive role in the properties of carbonized wood.Our company has measured and analyzed the color, quality, water absorption, moisture expansion, mechanical properties and chemical composition of carbonized wood under different conditions, and designed and developed automatic drying control program.

V. carbonization process:
Horizontal carbonization adopts low-pressure superheated steam carbonization process, which mainly includes three stages:
Vacuum heating drying stage vacuum boost carbonization stage pressure relief cooling stage
The first stage: temperature rise and high temperature drying stage
Steam heating, drying kiln temperatures soared to 100 ℃, then gradually rose to a temperature of 130 ℃, during this time, for high temperature drying, and the moisture content of wood internal to almost zero.
The second stage: carbonization stage of heat treatment
High temperature drying, drying kiln internal temperatures to rise to 185 ℃ to 215 ℃.When the required temperature is reached, the carbonization temperature of the heat treatment shall be kept for 2 to 3 hours according to the different USES of the final carbonized wood.
The third stage: cooling and moisture content regulation stage
The last stage is by steam injection to reduce the temperature, when the temperature reaches 80 ℃ to 90 ℃, adjust the humidity of treated wood, the moisture content of 4% to 7%.
