Q2: How long about the delivery time?
A2: About 7 days, it depends on the order quantities. if it is customized products, we will produce according to your needs.
Q3: What is the MOQ?
A3: 1 set for big strength machines, cardio machine.
Q4: How about the payment?
A4: We accept T/T. At least 30% deposit when buyers place the order, 70% balance before shipment.
Q5：What is the transportation way?
A5:By sea. Due to the large size and weight of fitness equipment, sea transportation is the most suitable transportation
way.Usually, we will send goods to your nearest port. You only need to pick up the goods at the port.
Q6: How about your after-service?
A6: When we ship the products ,we will attach another more 2% easy-worn parts for you. And during the warranty period, if there is any damage for the parts, we will send buyers the replacement for free.
Q7: Could you give advice if we offer the gym size?
A7: Sure ,we have a lot of experience in this respect.
Q8: I don't know how to assemble the machines, could you help me?
A8: For Assembling, we have videos , pictures and Label No. pasted on the parts. It is easy for you to put equipment together.
