The whole machine will adopt German Siemens PLC to monitor the operation, and EPC ultrasonic automatic correction coding. Coating head, console, winder, capable of automatic start-up.

The machine is designed with explosion-proof circuit for protection. The whole machine power system frequency converter adopts
Japanese "Yaskawa"brand . Tension control system adopts Taiwan, Japan and domestic brands, with stable performance. The
temperature of the oven can be controlled independently, and the safety explosion-proof door is designed with pre-high pressure automatically open, the main body bearing adopts Swiss imported SKF brand and Nissan linear bearing, the whole machine
adopts Taiwan planetary reducer and "WANSHSIN" gear reducer motor.
