A2.Our factory occupies a total area of 8000 square meters with over 130 workers and 5 professional engineering technicians.

A3.Uph products,which includes sofas,beds,mattress,coffee tables,dining tables,chairs,mirrors,drawer chests,dressing tables,night
stands,cabinets.
Q4:Can I choose the color?
A4.Yes.We have kinds of colors for different materials such as PU leather,fabric.
Q5:Can I change the size of product?
A5.We hava standard size for all products.But we can also make the different sizes per your exact requirements.
Q6:What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A6.The MOQ is 1*40 HQ and 10pcs/Color/Model,but you can mix different items to fulfill containers.
Q7:Can I buy some samples before the orders?
A7.Yes,we canoffer samples before the orders.
Q8:How long is the Production Lead Time?
A8.15-25 days after receiving you 30% deposit
Q9:What's your payment term?
A9.30%deposit in advance + 70% balance against the BL copy.

A10.The quality of our furniture can be assured 10 years from the date of purchase which products are not being damaged by any
man-made.

A11.We use good quality non-woven bag inside and reinforced cardboard carttons with clear labeling.Goods are economically packed
into snug fitting boxes in order to mininmize your cost of shipping.

A12.Yes,our warranty is 10 years,we are proud of our quality since each department we have professional QC teams.We would requst
detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent,we will dispatch replacements
at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders,In some special cases we may turn to
a discount as a solution.
