1.Q:What's the guarantee of product quality?
A: We have experienced and skilled labors and QC team. Our QC team on site throughout the whole production.We test raw materials and finished goods. We do final inspection before shipment.
2. Q:C an you realize our customized design or put our logo on the product?
A:Yes,we do. OEM/ODM orders are warmly welcomed. Please show us your artwork of size, material, color, design,packing solution and so on.
3.Q: What's the MOQ?
A:
We can accept a minimum of 10pcs for some specific styles.For some custom styles ,we can make 150-300pcs per color based on different sizes. For RTS products , no MOQ .
4.Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Mass production time: 10-45days (Depends on the Qty) after sample approved.
5.Q:What’s the payment?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union and Alibaba trade assurance.Sample need full payment; For bulk order, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
