1, Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a bag factory with production line, foreign trading department, sales department, R&D department, QC department.
With ten years of extensive experiences, we are capable of delveping new custom bags and produce various bags.
Simply send us your picture, design file, we can make a 95% same one.
Or we can recommend hot items to you for reference!
2, All of the bag products you published online are real or fake one?
We promise every bag we publish is real, is the bag we once made the same or similar design.
3, May I get some samples to check your design and quality firstly?
Yes, free samples are available anytime!
For you to check our design, quality, materials, color...ect before starting a formal order.
It's just we don't have too many samples in stock, if the item happens to be running out at this moment, it takes 3 working days
to finish a new one.
If you want printing your own logo, or change design/materials/color/size...ect, it takes 5 working days to make new one for you.
Some sample fee will be charged accordingly, this is refundable
4, What's your MOQ?
For custom order, normally minimum order quantity is 100pcs for real leather bag,
500pcs for faux leather bag, 1000pcs for nylon/polyester bag.
5, What if my order can not reach your MOQ? May I place a small order only?
We value the actual needs of every customer, we understand some customers want start with trial order which the quantity might be
less and can't meet our MOQ.
If you want try less bags as trial order, we would love to support your business in every way.
Small order or big order, we will treat you in the same way!
6, How to choose colors?
We have many existing colors option in swatch, we can take photo and show your what color available.
If you are not satisfied with our existing colors, the best and quick way is send us your pantone number,
we will find the most similar swatch and provide option A and option B if necessary for your choice.
7, May I custom materials or colors?
If your order quantity is small, I am afraid you can only choose current existing colors in our swatch.
When order quantity is large, we can also custom materials, and make the color according to your request.
Normally MOQ for custom leather is 500 yards, for fabric (nylon/polyester) is 1500 yards.
We will tell you how many bags you need make according to your bag design and size based on MOQ of material's supplier.
8, How long to make sample or finish production?
Normally 3~5 working days for one sample, 30 days for production.
When order quantity is large, lead time might be longer.
If it's an urgent project, we will make special arrangement to catch your plan in any way.
9, You are doing retailing or wholesale?
We only doing wholesale for now, we don't have our own brand, we will not selling bags online but only send or sell samples.
We are committed to assisting customers in developing the bag projects, so if you win, we win also.
10, Do you have after-sales service?
Firstly, our QC department can assure every of our bag products checked carefully before delivery.
But if our bags get broken in transit or after you sell out, please kindly show us pictures.
We will take any after-sales problems seriously, if we find it's because of our workmanship, you can send back for repair.
If consider shipping costs too high, we can also make some new and send you for free, or we could even give some discounts.
Do not hesitate to send your feedback if any problems about our bags, we will always provide your a best solution.
11, What's the order process?
Firstly, we make samples for you checking our design,
if you are not satisfied with our first sample, we can keep making second version, third version...until you get 100% satisfied.
Next we will give a best price after your approved our sample, you can also tell us your budgets directly, so we will do whatever
it takes to meet your budget.
After you place formal order, will need you pay 30% deposits and then we will prepare all materials.
After we get all materials ready, we make one preproduction sample sample to show you all details, noted this is very important
step.
We always need check materials very carefully once we received from suppliers, we will absolutely tell you if anything changed
like materials color or others, sometimes it happend.
So a formal sample for your approval before starting production is very necessary.
After you approved this preproduction sample, production start officially.
During productions, we take photo and videos, always keep you informed if something unexpected happend.
Our QC department strictly monitor production process until production line finished production and packing well into carton.
12, What's your advantage?
