For hot stamping purposes, it is mostly in contact with fabric materials such as cloth, polyester or nylon cloth. At this time, there are many types of adhesive powder that can be selected, including PA, PES, TPU hot melt adhesive powder, which have good adhesion to the fabric and can ensure long-term use without degumming. EVA rubber powder is not suitable, so it is more picky about textiles, after testing, EVA rubber powder is only suitable for polypropylene fabric, the fastness of other fabrics are general, so EVA is excluded.
The properties of hot stamping powder require two: washable
One of the very important properties of hot melt adhesive powder is to be washable. Because you need to use hot stamping, mostly T-shirts and other similar clothes that need to be washed often, and once the hot stamping glue powder is degummed after washing, it will affect the quality of the product and lose the customer market, which is more than worth the loss for the business. Therefore, hot melt adhesive powder like PA and EVA can not be used, only PES or TPU hot melt adhesive powder can be used.

And the efficiency of medium and low temperature hot stamping paste will be higher when pressing clothes.
The second benefit of low temperature operation is that the material will not be subjected to thermal damage. This is not much for the fabric, but if it is pressed to the leather, this is much more important, because the leather is easy to appear thermal damage when exposed to high temperatures above 180 ° C, the leather surface becomes bright and not durable. Therefore, the use of low temperature rubber powder phase is more suitable for hot stamping industry.
