Sawdust briquette machine using the inherentcharacteristics of wood raw materials by screwsqueezing , the lignin in the wood raw material isprecipitated under high temperature and highpressure to combine the fine wood fiberplasticization to form a rod-shaped solid fuel.
1.Heat Ring:the heat riwood briquette machine is stainless steel , whichthe inner part is electric heating wire . For our newly designed biomass briquettemachine , the heat ring is increased from 6 rings to 7 rings , that can make thesurface of briquettes smoother than before . There are three sets of heat rings , andthe temperature is more than 350 celsius degree
2.Propeller:The propeller is elaborately made by strong wear-resistant alloy , whiclthe service life has been increased by 3-4 times . It is the main part for pressing thraw material into briquettes
