Greenhouse main system
Hot Drip Galvanized Steel Structure
The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60 um.
Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or Self tapping screws.
The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years.
Cover Material
The greenhouse roof covers single-layer tempered glass,and sides cover twin-wall hollow glass panels.
The toughened glass characteristic:intensity improved,heat stability improved,security improved.
External Sunshade System
Close sunshade screen,reduce temperature in the greenhouse.
Installed and fixed above the frame of greenhouse, supported by the uprights and beams.
This system also has hail protection.
Button control switch, reduce the internal temperature and avoid damages to plants caused by intense sunlight.
Internal Sunshade System
Installing inner sunshade net in the greenhouse.
In summer,it can reduce the inner temperature,and in winter and in night,it can prevent the heat running off.
It has two types,ventilation type and thermal insulation type.
Internal Curtain System
This system is usually used together with heating system.
Mainly including:electric gear motor,inner insulation quilt, curtain line,,transmission shaft,rack and pinion,push -pull rod,aluminum profile,and accessories.
Heating System
Boiler equipment includes boiler body, chimney, computer control box, maintenance-free water pump, soot processor, water collector, water separator, check valve, opening and closing valves, pipes, pipe valves, instruments .
The heater has two types,water heater matched to the boiler and electric heater.
Cooling System
Cooling system is composed of fan and cooling pad.
In hot weather, using cool water circulation could reduce temperature and increase humidity inside the greenhouse at same time.
The Cooling Pad is installed on one side wall of the greenhouse, the Exhaust Fan the opposite.
Electric Control system
Greenhouse control system is greenhouse composed of control cabinet,sensors and circuits.
It can realize the automatical control of water heaters and cooling system to save energy.
Air Circulation System
The new circulation fan can be adjusted the direction according to the need,fixed solid,stable operation,light weight,big volume,and small vibration.
Electric motors are all individually customized according to the features of high temperature ,so as to ensure the good operation of the fan.
