ZYD-100-I
Separable raw materials:
Chicken, goose, duck, rabbit, fish(such as
chicken skeleton, full and half frame, whole chicken, chick neck, rabbit frame, chicken bone cartilage and meat fork, etc.)
Working characteristics:
The material is separated by one machine at one time, saving manpower, material resources and space. This machine can be used for
low-temperature separation and chilled separation (the best separation raw material temperature is -3～0℃). The output rate can
reach between 65% and 90% (the specific output rate parameter depends on the raw materials.)
Separated meat puree characteristics:
1. Good color, large addition；
2. Low bone residue content (0.06%~0.08%), good taste, no gritting teeth；
3.The meat tissue structure is small in damage, with flakes, filaments, and strong granules, which improve the product quality；
4. The meat temperature has been at low temperature from separation to use, .bacteria are not easy to multiply, and it is not easy to oxidize
