A.What is different than Mold made panel which has PVC backboard ?
1. BOCAS is pursuing a concept of puzzle, with unlimited designs. There are regular and irregular shapes, thick and thin thickness, also colorful mosaics. It’s a big family with many different styles, which is not possible for mold-made.
2. There is PVC board on the back of the mold-made. When it bend and deform, it’ll be difficult during installation. That’s why the mold-made can’t produce the size bigger than 40X40cm. But BOCAS can make bigger sizes like 60X60cm. That’s because we also use faux leather on the back, which makes the whole body soft. Then, it can be used for round or sharp corners without connection joint.
3. BOCAS has another important feature of Sound Proof. It’s built up by thick and high density PU foam, which can prevent hitting too. BOCAS has done many projects for KTV, Home Theatre, Night Club, Hotel Bedhead, Kindergarten and Baby Center, etc.
