MR-502 controller application mode

In the MR-502 controller applications,applications can be divided into sync cable and AC power frequency synchronization and other various application mode.

I,Sync cable Application

In the MR-502 controller sync cable applications,by using the synchronous line in the MR-502 controller to realize synchronization between the controllers.In this application mode,By setting the 1st controller to achieve a unified control of the subsequent controller,for example:Segment selection,Speed adjustment settings.

Remark:1,DC power supply range:DC 7V-24V;

2,Sync cable using shielded twisted pair or five twisted pair,Wire cross-sectional area of not less

than 0.5 mm,The length of not more than 150 meters.

II,Application of AC frequency synchronization

In the AC power frequency synchronization application,controller adopt AC power supply(AC 12V),

MR-502 controller support AC synchronous,The project uses a switch all controllers to control the

power,By electrically controlled simultaneously to achieve synchronization.

As shown above,MR-502 controller uses low-voltage AC(AC9V) power supply,By the transformer

power supply,Through a switch to control the fire wire AC220 AC,to achieve all the controller on

power at the

same time.

Attention

1,In the MR-502 control system,In the case of synchronous line synchronization,Note that when

you set the controller number can only set up a controller number for ID = 1,under normal circumstances,The

1st controller is the first controller cascaded chain;

2,Applications relay timer switch is generally the case for the project using only a single MR-502 controller,standard products no this function;

3,MR-502 controller supports wireless synchronization mode,need to install the wireless module

in the MR-502 controller,can use this mode normally,standard products no this function.

Frequently asked questions and answers

1,Controller LCD display PLAY 00X, But the key does not work.

SD card of the controller not formatted as FAT32 format or SD card problem.

Generally excluded by way of changing SD card.

2,In the synchronous line synchronous mode,the 2nd controller and after, adjust the speed

and other parameters are not saved.

Sync cable is a parameter based on the 1st synchronous controller,Otherwise it can not synchronize multiple,So if you want to adjust the speed and other parameters, please adjust the number 1 controller.

3,In the synchronous line synchronous mode,Multiple MR-502 controller time setting can not

be unified,So whether it affects synchronization effect?

In this case, the controller read the information is the 1st controller's time information,Other times

not take effect,so it will not affect the synchronization.
