Reflective Material - Home Wash High Gloss Retro-Reflective Tape is designed for use on occupational safety garments, which are designed to be cleaned by home wash (domestic lanudry). It
consist of highly retroreflective microprisms formed on flexible, glossy and UV-stabilized polymeric film. It's classified into several grades of which are mainly determined by the durability (cycles) to washing resistance.
The Durability of washing resistance was determined by the tests which were carried out according to ISO 6330. Options of 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 home wash cycles are available at present.
The real durability of reflective tape in use may vary as the cleaning conditions are different from the time to time. Many more other conditions of using/exposing reflective tape effect the its real durability as well.

Home Wash (Domestic Laundry) Guidelines
A colored clothing wash program without pre-wash should be used. Follow below recommendation could maintain the duability of retro-reflective to its maxium lifespan.
Detergent
Brand powdered household detergents should be used.
Refer to manufacturer's recommendations for dosage in areas of high water hardness and for various degrees of garment soiling.
Wash temperature range: 15°C-60°
Some items can be extended to be home-washed with a wider range of washing temperature than above.
Some items can be applicable to wash from 0°C-90°C for garment requiring harsher cleaning.

Drying Conditions
Cleaning process should be based on a pre-and main-bath only.
* Max. solvent temperature: 30°C
* Recommended drying temperature: 48°C
For P it's recommended to only use pure perchloroethylene. Adjust load and solvent level to give a moderate mechanical action.

Product Storage
* Store in a cool, dry area and use within 1 year of receipt.
* Rolls should be stored in their original cartons, whilst partially used rolls should be returned to their carton or suspended
horizontally from the core via a rod or pipe.
