Asia Bowin manufacture treads with 3-8 pieces of solid hardwood lumber, and glue the edges together. A result, our customers receive a product that is stronger and more resistant to warp. This method also allows means you get stairs with a color matched face, or a more color rich face. The amount of color variation is based on the grade you prefer.

We construct both “select & better” and our “mill run grade” stair treads with of 100% solid hardwood lumber. This means our treads exceed industry strength standards, and do not use veneer top or press wood core.

2 : Decking & Cladding packed in pallet with moisture proof shrink warp, 100 m2 / pallet .

4 : Instock products can deliver with 7 days after receipt of deposit, 15-25 days production time for common items, 35-40 days for customized product .
5 : About short planks: Cracking occurs as a result of drying and during production, so there will be about 3-5% short boards for decking & cladding . For fear of cut many oak long planks when installation, so there will be 2 pcs short planks in each carton.
