1.What is your MOQ?
Normally， 80% of items we are in stock, if no extra requirement, fast delivery is available. some products not in stock, depend on difference items. before inquiry, Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, So we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.Can I Customs logo&Package please?
Yes, Sure. About the logo: We can do laser engraved logo, silk screen printing, UV printing, gas transfer printing and so on. Customs package: 1.We can customs brown color box , normal color box, Tube Cylinder package, please provide your own design logo. We will send you artwork for checking
3.Can I get samples?
Sure. Sample is available. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge , we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-4 days to reach.
4.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes around 5-7 days. If you want your own designs, it takes around 7-9working days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
5.How long is the production lead time?
It takes around 20-45 working days depend on difference quantities. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
6.How to customs own design?
Pls provide your CDR or Picture of your logo design, we have professional design department and Molding workshop to do with you.
