C17000 Beryllium Copper

Alloy 165 UNS Number C17000

Alloy 165 of ALB Material Company Limited contains less beryllium than Alloy 25, which in its age hardened condition attains the highest strength and hardness of any commercial copper base alloy. This alloy provides strength, is non-magnetic and has good corrosion resistance.  Alloy 165 is similar to Alloy 25 and may be substituted when strength is less demanding.
