Q3: What's your deliver time if I have placed an order? A3: Around 15-35days when we get your order confirmation and the agreed deposit.
Q4: What's your after-sales service? A4: We always here to work with you and offer 3 years warranty on frame and suspension, and 1 years against defects in materials and workmanship for all other elements.

A6: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees is needed, but we will de- duct the sample cost from your bulk order.
