When the refueling platform is raised to its highest position and the left and right edges of the platform bear a vertical downward load of 200 kg, the lateral deformation of the top of the guardrail should not be greater than 30 mm. The refueling platform should be equipped with an aluminum alloy safety guardrail with a height of not less than 1.1m, and the guardrail should be equipped with doors that open inward and automatically close. 3: Refueling system: The refueling system should have refueling, pumping, and circulation functions. (1) General requirements There should be a drain port at the lowest point of the pipeline. The compensator should be installed at the appropriate location in the pipeline. The pump oil valve should have an interlocking function. Cleaning requirements Parts should be cleaned before assembly. After assembly, the fuel tank and piping system should be cleaned with clean aviation fuel. (2)Pressure requirements Before assembling the pipeline components, a hydraulic pressure test should be carried out. The test pressure should be 1.5 times the rated working pressure of the pump, and the pressure should be maintained for 5 minutes.
