Q1: Can I get a sample before place order?
A1: Yes,we are willing to provie you sample for quality check before place order. Most of time, sample is free ,but courier cost will be on your account.
Q2: Can you make my own brand/ logo on products and customized packing?
A2: Yes,we can print/ heat stamped/laser-engraved your brand on products according to the artwork provided. And customized packing such as pet box/carton/blister /printed pouch etc are all workable.
Q3: Are those listed prices in your listings negotiable?
A3: Yes, those prices are negotiable. We will offer the most competitive prices based on your quantity and packing and the
exchange rate factor too. Win-win is our service tenet.
Q4: What measures will you take to ensure the quality of your products?
A4: --PPS sample will be sent to you,we will not start production untill you confirm the PPS sample and confirm every details about the order.
-- We have designated colleague to follow your order from the time of placing order--in the production process--packing--ready for despatch.
-- Whatever the order is small or big,we treat same.We have QC inspect each lot of cargo.
-- Shipment sample and shipment pictures will be sent to you before delivery.
Q5: What kind of terms of payment is acceptable?
A5: Generally we prefer 30% deposit paid by T/T, then balance of payment be paid before shipment. However, it is negotiable based on the amount of the order.
Q6: What’s your lead time?
A6: Generally 30-45 days after receive the deposit. However, if it’s an urgent order,then we can treat it on priority and try the
best to shorten the lead time.
Q7: What kind of measure will you take if there is quality issue after receive the shipment?
A7: Firstly we feel very very sorry if such bad thing happens.We will request you send us pictures or viedo about quality problem for our better understanding.Then we will check with our technician and analyse how the problem caused. If the quality problem is caused from our side,then we definitely will find a solution to make you satisfied. If this problem is not from us, then we will also try our best to help you solve and minimize your losses.
