Coconut Coir Fiber
Product Description
Coconut coir fiber
Our coconut fiber is 100% natural. We carefully process it in different presentations so you can use it in multiple applications.
Our product consists of the husk of the green young coconut. Once the husk is removed from the seed (coconut), it can be ground, sifted, chipped, and dried into multiple presentations.
Our coconut fiber can be used as an ornamental plants substrate, as a growing medium in commercial ornamental plants production systems, as an effective material for trail construction, and as mulch in annual and perennial crops. Finally, its high moisture retention capacity (62%) allows it to be used as bedding in substitution of traditional products used to absorb moisture from animal waste, in places such as horse stalls and livestock pens.
